Bonus Feature: The same device can be used to tie-up a boat to a bridge piling or any other piling up to 4' in diameter. Just remove the loop
that is used on stumps by passing the wire cable and nylon rope through the eyelet on the end of the handle. Ease the boat up close the piling. Grasp the end of the EZEE LOOP handle and swing the rope around the piling catching the end of the rope as it comes around the piling.
